Zetasizer Lab system offers traditional 90-degree side-scatter size measurements but still offers enhanced features. The Zetasizer Lab incorporates Adaptive Correlation, M3-PALS and constant current zeta mode as well as our extended size range analysis when used with ZSU1002 capillary cell. The Zetasizer Lab also ships with ZS Xplorer, our easy-to-use analytical software. ZS Xplorer offers instant feedback on data quality, and guidance on how to improve your results.

สถานะของตัวอย่างจำเป็นต้องอยู่ในรูปแบบของเหลว, สารแขวนลอย, อิมัลชัน และมีความโปร่งใสหรือทึบแสงบางส่วน ความเข้มข้นของตัวอย่างขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดของอนุภาค (สามารถใช้ค่ามาตรฐานของ DLS ได้ เช่น 0.1 mg/mL – 5% mass สำหรับสารแขวนลอยทั่วไป)
ปริมาตรของตัวอย่างที่ใช้:
- วัดขนาดอนุภาค (Particle Size Measurement)
- ปริมาตรขั้นต่ำ: 3 µL (สำหรับการใช้ Low Volume Disposable Cell)
- ปริมาตรมาตรฐาน: 12 µL – 1 mL ขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดของเซลล์ที่ใช้
- วัดค่า Zeta Potential
- ปริมาตรขั้นต่ำ: 20 µL (โดยใช้ Diffusion Barrier Method ใน Capillary Cell)

- ZS Xplorer Software (ซอฟต์แวร์หลักที่ใช้ควบคุมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล)
- ใช้สำหรับตั้งค่าการวัด, วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และจัดการตัวอย่าง
- รองรับฟังก์ชัน Data Quality System ที่ช่วยแนะนำการปรับค่าการวัดให้แม่นยำขึ้น
สามารถ Export ข้อมูล เป็นไฟล์ CSV, PDF, หรือ Excel เพื่อใช้ในซอฟต์แวร์อื่น
